Design Approval
For complex projects, we may provide a digital concept for approval. Once a design is approved by you, any subsequent changes may incur additional fabrication fees.

Your Media
By submitting images for custom work, you represent that you own the rights to said images. You grant us a limited license to utilize these images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and maintaining a record for future reorders.

Balboa Custom Keepsakes is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
