Returns on Custom Items
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our custom-crafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear fabrication error on our part.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@balboaCK.com with a photo of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping & Fabrication Time
Most custom orders are developed and constructed within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
